Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available! For customer service, call SkyWeb at (844) 641-9011.

Premium Wifi Service Information:
If you previously connected to our free Wi-Fi and would like to upgrade to our premium package, here are a few things that can ease your transition and ensure you get the service you are paying for.
Step 1: From our splash page (https://account.wifinow.net/splash/?id=r-y7f46-4g35k-wzkhp), Choose sign up if you have not already done so. If you already have a premium account, be sure you are logged in or login now.
Step 2: Once connected, you will need to conduct a speed test. There are numerous apps on Apple Store and Google Play for mobile devices and tablets. You may also use google.com to search for a speed test. Any of them will work for this step. Speed Test by Ookla is a good example.
Step 3: Check your speed. If you are paying for premium, your speed should be 5 Mbps and up. If this is the case, you are set to go; no further steps are needed.
You will have another step to complete if your speed is below 2 Mbps. If you have multiple devices you are connecting, you should have these steps completed on all devices before calling. You will need to know the IP address of each device and what kind of device you are using.
Step 4: Call SkyWeb at (989) 771-7100. Follow the options to talk to a representative. Let them know that you are staying At Greenwood Acres Family Campground in Jackson, MI, and have purchased the premium package but are still getting speeds below 1 Mbps.
They will then make the necessary changes, and you should run another speed test while you are on the phone with them. Your speeds should now be 5 Mbps or above. You are now all set.
